You can select to run the Non-Utilization Report, the Under Utilization Report, or both. These KinderConnect reports show a list of children with authorizations during the specified period who have not been reported as receiving care, or who have been reported as receiving less care per week than the authorized amount, within a specified period. The user selects the start and end dates and whether he/she wants to see non-utilization, under-utilization or both. The user can also select the Parent County, Provider County, Child and Case.
For the Start and End dates, the user can select a service period or a settlement period.
The report lists the County Number and Name, Child Name and Number, Authorization Number, Week Ending, Number of Hours of Care, Utilized Category (FT, PT, etc.), Authorized Category, Last Date of Attendance (if any) and Provider Number. The Utilization Week Ending, Utilized Hours, Utilized Category and Authorized Category will be blank for non-utilized authorizations.
